Just call our depot on 01205 316490 and one of the team will take your details and set up your account. Alternatively drop us a message using the form at the bottom of the page and we will call you back.
You can pay cash and cheque directly to your Milkman, cheques can also be posted into the depot but please remember to write your name and full address on the reverse of the cheque. We also now accept card payments via the website, just click ‘Pay My Bill’ which can be found at the top right right corner of any page. You will then be redirected to our secure payments page.
Please have your customer account number to hand, which can be found on your invoice.
All new accounts are set up on a weekly basis. The Milkman will call to see you during the first week of deliveries to discuss collection of the account. We do offer monthly accounts; please give us a call if you wish to discuss this.
Yes we can! We offer a ‘direct to your door’ delivery service for bulky items which saves you struggling home from the shops. See our product list for details.
We deliver Monday to Saturday but actual delivery patterns vary in different areas. We will let you know the exact days prior to starting your delivery.
We can deliver to commercial premises, give one of the team a call on 01205 316490 to discuss your requirements.
Your order can be changed as required. This can be done by leaving a note out for your Milkman, which is the easiest option or by using the ‘Contact my Milkman’ button at the top right hand corner of any page.
